Juleaann Farms is a division of the Lazy J that operates the agricultural endeavors of the ranch.  Spanish and Italian varieties of olive trees are the the primary focus and hardwood cuttings are used to propagate the trees.  Native berries and plants are used to make jams, jellies and wine and Juliann Farms operates a large vegetable garden.

Aged mulch from brush clearing is collected and stored.
